We collect details you provide when contacting us or creating an account, such as your name, email address, phone number and enquiry. Student accounts may also contain course enrollments, learning progress, resource access records and transaction references. Authentication and security logs help protect accounts and restricted course materials.
Why we use information
We use this information to verify accounts, provide purchased learning access, respond to enquiries, send requested OTPs and service confirmations, manage payments and refunds, and prevent misuse. Promotional messages should be separate from essential account and service messages.
Sign-in, payment and storage providers
If you choose a social sign-in option, the provider supplies account information needed to identify you. When online payments are enabled, the payment provider processes payment details under its own policy; do not send us card numbers, CVVs, passwords or OTPs. Cloudflare provides DNS and R2 media storage. Public course images are public; course recordings and restricted resources require authorized account access.
Cookies and analytics
Essential cookies maintain sign-in and security. If analytics or session measurement is enabled, the configured providers may receive device, page and interaction information. Optional tracking should follow the choices presented on the website. Do not include passwords, OTPs or payment credentials in contact forms.
Access and retention
Authorized administrators use account and enquiry information to operate the school. We retain information as needed for service delivery, account security, transaction records and applicable obligations. Access controls reduce unauthorized use, but no online service can promise absolute security.
