Recorded courses — 48 hours
You may request a refund for a purchased recorded course within 48 hours of successful purchase.
Resource-download limit
If you have downloaded more than 15 resources from the purchased course, such as PDFs or other downloadable learning files, you are not eligible for a refund. This rule applies to both live and recorded courses, even when the request is within the applicable time window.
How to request a refund or cancellation
Submit your request through our Contact page within the applicable window. Include your registered email, course name, purchase date and payment or order reference. Do not send card details, passwords or OTPs. We check the purchase, request time and course resource-download records before confirming eligibility.
Refund processing
Eligible refunds are returned through the original payment method after approval and initiation. The payment provider and bank determine the credit time. When Razorpay normal refunds are used, the expected credit time after initiation is typically 5–7 working days; the actual refund status is provided with your request.
Digital purchases
Courses and learning resources are digital services, so there is no physical item to return. See our Digital Delivery Policy for learning access details.
